Join us for two days of intense hands-on training in schematic and PCB CAD using the popular EAGLE PCB program for creating schematics and printed circuit boards for your embedded systems designs. We cover all of the aspects that you need to know: schematic design, library part creation from data sheets and catalogs, PC board design including autorouting and manual rip / place, and more! Our classes are taught by an experienced design engineer and trainer with over 30 years experience. Level: Beginning / Intermediate Prerequisites: knowledge of electronic design concepts and development, including schematics and printed circuits
Don't see your local area listed above? Contact us and we will come to your area! Purpose: Familiarize the student with the requirements and skills to design electronic circuits from schematic to p.c. board using a representative computer-aided design (CAD) program. We will cover the design of circuits from both existing libraries and custom libraries created from vendor data sheets. We will also cover the use of the autoroute and manual rip and place functions. Finally, we will prepare our designs for submission to a PCB vendor. Students will receive a copy of the EAGLE PCB program (basic version) as well as libraries and all designs featured in the class as well as a class binder containing all documentation and slides. All students receive a certificate of participation (suitable for framing!). CEU's AVAILABLE - Contact us for more info!
